- Cancellations received up to July 24th 2023, deposits will be refunded less 50 € for administrative costs per night.
- Cancellations received up to August 24th 2023, 50% of the hotel reservation will be reimbursed.
- No refund will be made for cancellations received after August 25th 2023 or registered participants who fail to attend.
- No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.
In the event of "No shows" the hotel will automatically cancel the room at 09:00 the next day and no refund will be made.
Reimbursements, if applicable, will be processed right after the Conference.
